Bad Customer Service! – I call them for help and explained over the phone what I need it, they came to my house and said they don't have the right parts but since what I explained over the phone it wasn't clear acording to them(obviously I'm not a plumber) they consider it my fault and they will charge me $98 dollars for showing up (they were here less than 15 minutes)They told me that I should get the part but it will be another $98 dollars for them to show up again, and I ask them what if i get the part and is not the one ... read more
