I began PT in September 2016 after suffering an MCL sprain. Danny and Erin were awesome at not only treating my injured knee, but also addressing some deficiencies in my other leg that surfaced during the rehab process. During the months of therapy, they provided me with exercises to do between appointments (yes, they give homework, but it is well worth your time to actually do it) and modifications to do in the gym so I could still participate in my CrossFit classes.
