Dawn Laughlin was wonderful helping us find our home in Stafford. We were moving in from out of state and unable to travel in to visit homes so she walked us through multiple homes by video call and gave us a thorough understanding of each home we looked at. She was communicative, understanding, and highly knowledgeable about the area. As a military member who moves often and has used several different realtors, we will be going back to Dawn every time we buy or sell in the area!

I can't say enough about the work James Bartolozzi provided for me and my family! We bought our home 2 years ago and James did a fantastic job throughout the entire process. He was really looking out for us during the negotiation and got us credits for some issues we ran into with our home.
