My sons bracket broke before we even got to my car and Lisa said they didn't have time to fix it. Lisa Laughlin- the front desk and "billing" person- aka"doctors wife" lack of professionalism and bullying tactics are unnecessary. Doctor Laughlin use to always have a smile and so did his staff. Iessa is one of the kindness people. But, having to deal with his wife is why I'm giving this such a low review.
