Just looked at reviews and now I concur to the bad reviews. I called to make an appointment for a massage and the current location in North Branch is closed. (I wonder why) So I asked if Bloomington was available for a massage even though it was an hour away. I spoke to Stacy the owner who is extremely rude to make sure that my pre paid massages from the North Branch location were still in the system.
