I've had MANY massages over the years & have lower back pain due to a degenerative disk disease. Jill is an amazing masseuse & kind soul. Convenient downtown location off the streetcar. Thoughtful amenities like hairbands & multiple chargers. I make sure to come as often as I can afford because it makes my life of chronic pain much more tolerable. She's well worth what she asks--a bargain if you ask me!
I've tried my fair share of massage places here in Portland (also my aunt is a LMT) but Jill is hands down the best restorative massage I've experienced. She has the most amazing technique and intuitively connects with what the body needs most. I see her every other week and my body has felt it's best in years.
I bought this massage on Groupon and what a great deal! Jill's office is located inside of a very large, beautiful old building downtown and when you're getting a massage, you have a spectacular view from the 10th floor. I had originally purchased a voucher from Groupon for this location. It was a great deal, and I had purchased it in October and when I went to schedule for an appointment online the first availability was December 6th where my voucher expired on December 8th. Determined I went ahead and schedule it, though in the beginning of November I received news that a family member was diqgnoses with cancer and their surgery for attempt of removal would have been the first week of December.
