Ms Judy is magic! We started with Laughing Monitos because my son was still non verbal at 2 years old, despite 3mo of speech therapy. Ms Judy’s 8-week curriculum taught him multiple signs in ASL that have been an improvement to his life and ability to communicate with us. My son had the opportunity to be apart of this amazing 7-week program and improved so much in the short time that we were there. Judy is the sweetest and it shows how passionate she is about the work she does, with how kind and attentive she is with the children. I noticed so much growth in my son and the other kids by the end of the program, and Judy really helped me understand my toddler's strengths and weaknesses, and how I could help him improve at home. Laughing Monitos offers a a wonderful environment that nurtures communication development in children. Watching Judy work with children shows that she is a seasoned SPL with a true love of helping children and families succeed. Children love her!
My daughter had a bit of a speech delay which has had me a bit stressed out but after speaking with Judy, she has helped me not only understand but went above & beyond to provide me with the proper skills to help my daughter thrive with patience and kindness. My baby was born with a tongue tie this past September and I had a hard time understating what that meant until Judy walked me through it. Her guidance helped me make my decision on what to do.
