I met Judy by happenstance when she was doing free screenings at The Nest. I took her up on the offer -- she was so great interacting with my 20-month old, and I learned many tips for encouraging speech development that I am already putting into action. My daughter thought the whole thing was just playing, nothing scary or formal. Although my daughter doesn't need any speech services, I would definitely use Judy if she did!
Judy is amazing! My little one was having a delay with speech and we attended Judy’s play group. Not only did we enjoy the interaction with other families, we were able to walk away with tangible resources to help our daughter thrive. This is Judy’s passion and you can tell by the way she supports families with so much patience and care.
Judy is great! I reached out via email on Monday and she responded promptly. We had a consultation today (just 2 days later after the first email) and she was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Big bonus is that she's bilingual (Spanish/English), which is rare to find here in the area. 100% recommend.
Ms Judy is magic! We started with Laughing Monitos because my son was still non verbal at 2 years old, despite 3mo of speech therapy. Ms Judy’s 8-week curriculum taught him multiple signs in ASL that have been an improvement to his life and ability to communicate with us. My son had the opportunity to be apart of this amazing 7-week program and improved so much in the short time that we were there. Judy is the sweetest and it shows how passionate she is about the work she does, with how kind and attentive she is with the children. I noticed so much growth in my son and the other kids by the end of the program, and Judy really helped me understand my toddler's strengths and weaknesses, and how I could help him improve at home.
