Dana Flynn, the owner of this blissful West Village yoga studio, aims to offer an alternative to the pretentious and trendy yoga studios that have sprouted up in Manhattan. Laughing Lotus approaches yoga with a light heart, believing spirituality and fun are not mutually exclusive. Instructors are experts, and classes for all levels are offered. The studio also provides Indian spiced tea and fresh baked goodies for its patrons.

I went home, painted my... read more
