My experience started out on a good note but quickly turned south. They were on the high side of their pricing and wouldn't negotiate at all to give the customer the best possible deal. The kicker was I'm a 100 percent permanent and total disabled veteran and Maryland exempts people like myself from paying any registration and tag fees. I have purchased two bikes so far from Eisenhauer’s. Tracy Boyd has been my sales “consultant” as I think half her job might be counseling services. We discussed the ins and outs of my current thoughts and desires each time and she perfectly matched me to a bike or steered me towards something that would be better for my needs (especially this last one!).
