I hired these folks via the suggestion of local realtor. I never met any of the staff in person. I spoke via phone to set up a full house carpet installation. They gave me a reasonable price (which I had to negotiate) on the carpeting for a house that I was selling out of an estate. My only complaint is that the carpet arrived later than promised which means the installation started and finished later than promised.
