If I could leave 0 stars I would. Everything in the building is either out of service or damaged . Elevator is broke for a whole month not fixed until the other elevator goes down due to a broken pipe. Multiple tenants in wheelchair are they supposed to suffer because this building can’t keep it serviced enough. They wouldn’t accommodate when the whole building was infested with roaches and beg bugs. This is neglect on so many different levels .
First off, it very hard to speak to someone at the desk because you will almost always get a voicemail. Secondly, if you have a sibling or relative living there they will NOT give you any information if they are OK over the phone. They tell you that you have to call the police and have them do a wellness check there.
