I bought a nice (for me) body chain - and it immediately tangled with a necklace tangled with an earring (I'm at fault) - I had several friends who tried and failed to untangle the knots. The store took on the challenge!! They did a great a job - took about a week - just picked it up. I really appreciate - price seemed completely reasonable for the time they clearly put in. Experienced very poor customer service a couple years ago but went back because a recent hinge shank they supplied malfunctioned. I was told the entire shank needed replacing (over 3k estimate). Cost $200, over a month’s time and excuse after excuse to get the estimate. A Buckhead jeweller repaired the issue for $80 in a week’s time. HUGE mistake to go back to Lauderhills.
Took my 31 year-old somewhat complicated wedding ring here to get resized. Needed almost 4 sizes up. Luaderhill took the time to get it right. I am very impressed and happy with the results. Thank you to everyone at Lauderhill’s.
My wife asked me to bring her wedding diamond band here to fix due to a missing small diamond piece on the band since many moms on her Facebook groups recommended and we know also recommend this place. The technician provided a prompt estimate cost to fix and an estimate time frame. They are busy here. Within a week, we got our wedding diamond band back and they also polished our other rings as well and provided good tips on how to maintain our rings in top shape.
