And don’t go here to waste your time
Today was the most appalling experience as it relates to a healthcare facility and the front desk. I also must include the Regional Director by the name of Natalie. I live an hour away. Out of courtesy I called in case I would be late. I was met with unprofessional,rude,threating with aggressive and accusations were hurled at me by the office manager Zaria(sp) and her side kick assistant. Low rating as I made an appointment for the afternoon and when I arrived to my scheduled appointment the office was closed. The “Open” sign was lit and the lights were on. When I called the office I got the after hours line that stated they were not advised of their closure. Needless to say I received no call or email to advise me not to waste my time and energy making accommodations to arrive to a closed place. Very disappointed.
Very professional and great loving ladies keilanis Zaria Doctor Watts Leslie Frasi are super nice and friendly been coming here for at least 15 years and I love it
The staff is very patient, accommodating and friendly. Special shout out to Trevor who gets the job done every time my autistic son needs his teeth cleaned.
