This place is a joke. They have no idea of what they are doing and will lie to your face about their work. Do not hire them. They installed duct work in our house that was completely wrong, I ended up having to pay another contractor to remove Elmer's work and install new product properly. They also charged us for materials that they never used and had Unliscenced workers installing the Duct work in our house. We found that out afterwards when they wouldn't fix what they had messed up. We love using Lauderdale's. He is the first person we call for everything. He is dependable, pleasant, and always ends up doing a little more at a little higher quality than I'm expecting, and then charging a little less than I thought it would be. We don't intend to ever use anyone else if we can help it.
