Great podiatrist care. I had two ingrown toe nails clipped to relieve the pain on each big toe. Dr. Gary A. Ways is wonderful in taking care of my needs. Highly recommend this Podiatry.
When calling to confirm an appointment, the receptionist said she did call the day before, and said she told whoever answered what the time of the appointment was. The receptionist did not ask for patient by name, she just assumed it was the patient answering the phone. HIPAA violation????! Rude receptionist make a DR. look bad.
Add to Bobbie rude , incompetent! Too bad since Dr. Ways was personable and professional. The other lady takes after B.
So far the worst costumer service I have ever experience, They have a front desk Where she made herself call Bobbie, she was so rude and sarcastic. Really unpleasant experience with this lady.
