Avoid this place if possible. They told me that the 4 cannisters I had on my boat as part of my FloScan for fuel were filters. I bought 4 at over $100 a piece. A week later after talking to FloScan, I was told they are not filters and don't need to be replaced unless they are rusty. So I returned them, telling the staff they gave me wrong information and they charged me a 20% restocking fee! I argued with the guy, but he would not change. Absolutely wrong and horrible customer service.
I bought a Veratron VMH35 kit for my boat, which came with a defective wire harness from the manufacturer. Due to the lack of customer care and responsibility from Veratron, the retailer stepped up and provided replacement parts, even though the issue originated with the manufacturer. Well recommended. I had a fantastic experience with Ariel. He was incredibly helpful and provided me with a wealth of information about Navionics and GPS systems. His expertise made a complicated topic much easier to understand, and I feel much more confident using my equipment now. Highly recommend them to anyone needing guidance in this area! I'm in Puerto Rico and he still was able to guide me through the process
First off, all the guys there are top notch gentleman. I went there because my speedometer is off. They didn't run 1 diagnostic but 2!!! Ariel gave me a breakdown of what the issue was with the car and answered all my questions. I just wished I could take my truck and the wife's care there for all my servicing needs (oil changes, tune ups, aftermarket parts, etc). Phenomenal service. These guys deserve top dollar. No BS.
