Fantastic family-run property management company. My wife and I have lived in one of their buildings for the past four years. Jason and team are responsive and take great care of the building. We appreciate the high-quality touches like regular landscaping, cleaning service for common areas, and wreaths around the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone considering renting from them.

Living in Paddy's building was a great experience! Paddy is so nice, helpful, and any maintenance issues were always handled quickly. This is a great location in Lincoln Park. Close to beaches, the lakefront trail, restaurants, bars, and Wrigley Field.
It's very hard to find such an amazing landlord in Chicago. If it's broke, it gets fixed usually within the first 24 hours. And the building is well cared for. Everyone I have worked with at Lauber Property management has been both professional and genuine. I highly recommend renting from these people.
