Admitted she was unprepared for the meeting and didn't have any experience. Also failed to follow up as promised when she was prepared. Did not offer a free consultation. Did not receive the cass, speak to her colleagues not offer the promised referral to someone who is qualified. No confidence in her own abilities. Very unprofessional.
