I was referred to Dr. Lau by my primary care physician. I made an appointment with his practice to see him SPECIFICALLY over 3 months ago. I received a call to confirm the appointment the day before. I arrived for my appointment to be told not only is he NOT THERE, he is not taking new patients!!!. His office LIED and scheduled me with someone else in the practice that I was not referred to and was not a specialist in my condition. Unprofessional, dishonest and incompetent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I have been referring patients with skin diseases to Dr. Lau for many years at the dermatology medical group of Oxnard. On 10/3/2023 I became patient and Dr. Chiu saw me I had an excellent experience with her. She is a great clinician and her diagnosis impressed me. I highly recommend her to patients with skin disease syd bakhanded M D nephrologist
Beautiful place,nice front office,great reception,short wait time,well spoken doctor,who explains things.Also relaxed attitude to solving issues.
