I recently went to Dr. Lau for custom orthotics. Best thing I did!!! After 6 months of pain, spending all kinds of money on different insoles and getting a shot in the foot from a podiatrist (I really did not want to do this) I finally went to Dr. Lau. and he said I had fallen arches. I never heard of this before but I am so glad I got my custom orthotics. I wish I would have gotten them before I got that shot or spent money on all them insoles. I am also glad I didn't have to have surgery.
