Alex Lau is way way down the spectrum. He seemed to hate even being in the room with me much less talking to me. But more importantly I had a horrible experience with him. 14 months later I still have not recovered from rotator cuff surgery despite intensive work with PT. The reasons are 1- He never did a follow up after day two and would not respond to my messages. 2- He has some cockamamie theory that one should be locked in the sling for five full weeks with NO physical therapy.
