I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by the way this office handles patients, particularly those with urgent medical referrals. The receptionist was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in compassion. Instead of trying to help with an urgent referral, she repeatedly complained about how many referrals she has, how much work she has to do, and even complained that she had already spent “10 minutes” on the phone with us.
