The forested & secluded area give a serene & safe ambience to the location here. The neighbors are very friendly & people walk their dogs around here often. I myself have made a catio out on my balcony for my cat. The balconies happen to be gargantuan btw. Everyone has large spacious balconies. The apartments have plenty of window space, & with multiple exits to the balcony, you get alot of light to fill your living spaces. My partner Rachael and I absolutely loved Latvian Village. If we hadn’t decided to buy a house, we would definitely still be there. It’s such a peaceful place to live, Jamie (the local property manager) is extremely accommodating and friendly, as are the maintenance crew (shout out to Javier). We have recommended Latvian Village to our friends and acquaintances, and will continue to do so.
My partner and I lived in Latvian Village from May 2024 for one year. I was very sad to leave such a beautiful apartment and peaceful environment. The only reason we moved was because we bought a house. Jamie, the manager, is very friendly, responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed everyone in the maintenance staff. The best place I’ve ever lived. Gorgeous views, big units, friendly community. If it were up to me I would live here forever! Big shout out to Jamie, the property manager, she is extremely kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. Maintenance is very caring and timely as well. Love love love this apartment! Thank you for the best 4 years! :)
I began renting in September and the staff and apartment are truly both so great to work with. I haven’t had any problems with the apartment but I bought a house and ended up having to break my lease. They went above and beyond to help me and found a renter so quickly. I’m just grateful for them and truly feel like they cared as much as I did about getting a new renter in.
