Buyer be ware!!!! NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THEM. WE HAVE SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF MONEY since 09 and purchased a less than satisfactory bike recently. The bike has spent more time in the shop than it has on the road. Would you like to start your bike on your way to work and have the handle bars lock on you then proceed to move the ignition switch only to have it come off in your hand with three parts hitting the ground? Then when you want to trade it in to be told no? Hmmmmm.....Not at all happy!!!
When my harley was purchased through Doyle's the extended service plan was paid for along with all of the services for the bike up too 10,000 miles. Now that Latus bought out Doyle's they refuse to honor the services that have been paid for! I kind of figured they might work with me a little bit and give me at least an oil change....the answer was a big fat negative! I will not do business with them and I will tell everyone who will listen about my experience!
The staff there is great. And the guys even help out the ladies who visit this establishment.
