Honestly hands down the best experience I have ever had at a salon even though I was so nervous blonde Jessica was like girl I got you and boy is that the understatement of the century I have wanted platinum hair for well let say over 20 years and girl I won’t go back and you have me for life. So sorry this took so long but I’m still in shock at my reflection
Always friendly. My husband sees Janessa and she is so sweet. Always greets you with a smile. We make it a family affair when we go, because she loves to see all of us (me, fiance and my 1 year old son). She will keep you chatting and make you laugh. Always feel comfortable here.
Maria cut my 8 month olds hair and it was such an amazing experience! She was so patient and kind, the salon was so accommodating. So happy we chose latitudes for our little guys first haircut! We will be back without a doubt.
Great service they always get me in right away my go to hair salon
Unfortunately after a brow wax my skin was taken with the wax just over my eyelids. The day after my eyes were swollen and 3 days later I am still trying to stop my wonds from scaring. Not a happy customer. 😞 I would like to add that I was pleasantly surprised by a personal phone call offering me my money back and a free service. Unfortunately I do not live in Barrie. But was pleased to receive the offer.
