Worst place ever to live. Please don’t move here. They never answer the phone they don’t do maintenance requests because every thing is under warranty so they don’t have to work. We were told we couldn’t bring our dryer so we sold it theirs is horrible there’s lint in my wall and they will not come and fix it. I had to call the fire Marshall because they never work here. Really disappointed that I signed a lease here. Although the townhome is beautiful, the company and staff are very unorganized and they have proved to not care about rules or community safety. First of all, staff is impossible to get a hold of. They also do not enforce any rules- trash is out on the side of the roads for days, they have told us multiple times not to park in the street so people park up on the sidewalks and they don’t care. My experience with Lattitude34 Dillard Creek has been amazing thus far and all the praises go to Antonio Valentin. Antonio has stayed in contact me everyday since touring and has helped me throughout the entire application process. Most employees only respond to work emails during work hours, but not Antonio he continued to help me via email after hours. He is very passionate about what he does. Thank you Antonio for assisting with my new beginning.
