Needed tuxedo measurements for a wedding taking place out of town. I was referred here by fellow local business. At first the young man seemed very interested in helping me in my plight. Whew. Then he asked if I was going to get the tux from here. Since I wasn’t he then said he had to call his Grandpa since it was his store to see if that’s a service he could offer and charge me for. Wait, what? I’m happy to pay for a measurement service and even give a tip, but you need to call your grandpa and ask? This has never happened ... read more
