Our family paid a significant amount of money upfront for a rental and, due to an unexpected family hardship, notified everyone before the lease began that we could not proceed. The property was subsequently re-rented prior to the lease start date, with no apparent vacancy. The landlord agreed that if the property was re-rented before the lease start date, our funds would be returned. Despite this, our funds have not been returned, and we remain disappointed with the communication and resolution of the matter.
It has truly been a blessing working with Ashley LaBorde Vuci! She's an angel walking the earth! She went above and beyond to help my family and I find a great home! Thanks so much for all you have done! I know it wasn't easy but you made it happen!
