Called about a house I was interested in. Lady was very nice, however, she wanted to put me in contact with a lender to see "if we were on the same page". Apparently, you can't view a house if you are not pre-qualified. I refuse to run numbers and talk to lenders on a property I have only seen from the outside and know nothing about except the price and # of bathrooms and bedrooms. Wow, where to begin? Grace Brignac-Jordan was the ultimate parter and friend throughout the process of selling our home. From hosting open houses, an agent caravan, to keeping an eye on our home after we moved, and many other things; we could not have done it without her. She works very hard.
