I was not satisfied at all with my experience with Latter & Blum. After 3 years of renting you would think they would be a little more friendly. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
The properties arent upkept. Proper notice isnt given from managment for any visits. The manager doesnt return phone calls and is unplesant to work with.
