Run!!!!!! Far far away! Unprofessional. ZERO attention to detail. You’re either someone’s side hustle or a project for a failing real estate agent. They hold property owners to no standard. They also hold leasing agents to no standard. My experience as a tenant was SO SO SO BAD that I want absolutely nothing to do with Latter and Blum when I do eventually purchase a home. I shudder every time I see the logo. I don’t know how you all sleep at night.
The worse place to live in Mandeville!!! PleAse don’t be fooled by those fake reviews. The property is poorly keep and apartments have mold hidden by some new paint and constant repairs needed from the day I moved in. The “pool” was/ is gross and none of the outdated machines in the laundry room work. Worse of all, the landlord is a slumlord and a thief. Horrible, the property manager never responds timely. The refrigerator quit working and they wanted us to go 2 weeks living in an ice chest before someone could come out to check it. Thankfully Diane, who handled maintenance requests was able to get us a loaner. The homeowner didn't seem to care either, they had trouble getting him to respond.
