Run!!!!!! Far far away! Unprofessional. ZERO attention to detail. You’re either someone’s side hustle or a project for a failing real estate agent. They hold property owners to no standard. They also hold leasing agents to no standard. My experience as a tenant was SO SO SO BAD that I want absolutely nothing to do with Latter and Blum when I do eventually purchase a home. I shudder every time I see the logo. I don’t know how you all sleep at night.
Horrible, the property manager never responds timely. The refrigerator quit working and they wanted us to go 2 weeks living in an ice chest before someone could come out to check it. Thankfully Diane, who handled maintenance requests was able to get us a loaner. The homeowner didn't seem to care either, they had trouble getting him to respond.
