Wish I could give a negative feedback to them. Worse landlord ever. We moved in from out of state and we were told the house was move in ready. I had to clean everything before we could move in, floors bathrooms counters and basement. There was damage to a door facing, front door latch was broken light switch inside a shower leaking faucet among other issues. They fixed a few things. They rarely answer their phones or return calls. My fiance deals with bi-polar depression and one of their inspectors for move out for my next door neighbor was mad about something the neighbor had done and took it out verbally on my fiance....she is now in the hospital because he pushed her over! Total waste of time. The most unprofessional people I have ever worked with.
I would rate lower, but zero isn’t an option. Fortunately, I never even ended up renting from them. My girlfriend and I had met with Norman to look at a house, decided we wanted to rent it, and turned in our applications. After we submitted our applications, we received the worst customer service you could imagine. Norman was incredibly rude over the phone, and instead of fixing the problem and still helping us go about renting, he basically told us to get lost. The WORST This company is a waste of time. They are rude, they don’t follow through with appointments, and they will take you application fee and never return a call. Total waste of time and money.
Rude slumlords I had my property for 1 day to many. I had my mom com and assist me with getting my money back 1084 to be exact. Nothing was properly fixed in the apartment it just looked nice. To top it off there was a bay in the hallway of the building. I would not recommend latta real estate.

Extremely poor customer service very disappointed!!! I called just to ask to view a property that I liked and got treated like some broke person wasting their time... I called three times, no one answered first time hung up on me second time and gave me attitude the third time to the point I hung up on him.
