Mark Kessler was wonderful helping us to select a new Ford Explorer. The Explorer I had was totaled on a head on crash with a tri-axle truck in December. If I didn’t have a Ford Explorer, I probably wouldn’t be here. Mark was great, no high pressure sales tactics, just honest collaboration. He kept in touch with us through the whole process. He was personable and helped greatly. I love my new Ford Explorer. They are my favorite vehicle!!!
I bought my diesel pickup there brand new. Never looked for the plug to plug in due to being in the garage during cold weather. This yr has changed due to a project taking the garage space. So I went through all the plastic bags with hardware looking for the special plug to plug it in and ut was nowhere to be found. So I called the dealership. They made me pay the hundred and some bucks for replacement which obviously was never in the truck to begin with.
While on business in Warren Ohio my 2006 f 350 stared running really rough and smoking. After trying to look at the obvious possibilities I ended up having to spend the night at a hotel. The next morning I had the truck towed to Kiaben Ford in Warren Ohio. I rented a u haul to bring equipment on home . Kiaben ford had truck for 2 weeks. The service guy called to say it was a failing Turbo and couple fuel injectors. Also the compression innumber 8 cylinder was low. They wouldn't honor my warranty but would fix it for 7,500.00... read more
A story about a 2020 red F250 that was already deleted, traded in and then resold which broke down after 1k miles and the new owner is being denied warranty is making its way across the interwebs. I am not claiming that this story is factual in any manner. I would however probably figure out a way to make it right with the guy if it is true. I’m not gonna hit you with a bad review, but I am a member of a bunch of the groups and I am seeing the story cross posted on pretty much every Ford Facebook group.
