I had a scheduled appointment for my brakes to be checked at 9am. I brought my car on time, but it was 2 hours before they finally took my car in. Meanwhile, I had 2 small children under the age of 2 with me. They knew I was waiting. Nobody informed me they wouldn’t actually take my car for 2 hours. I had to arrange for someone to come get me and thankfully found someone so that my children could eat. I made them aware at 9 am that I had to pick my other son up from preschool by 230.
