I called to schedule an appt for my two kids. We just moved here and I was asking about new patient appointments. Every time I asked a question the woman was so rude. I asked simple things like do you accept ages 12-14, as previous places did not and she responded with the rudest tone ...yesssssss....This place can go skip rocks.
This woman speaks to you and your child in a very conscending manner and tone. My child is no longer a patient at Mainstreet Dentistry because of her. The staff has always been great but it's obviously there's a disconnect or perhaps even tension with the staff now. She may be qualified to be a dentist but definitely lacks the empathy, compassion and patience required for pediatric dentistry.
