Really listens to you and was very professional. Put together a great plan and understood my needs.
We have taken the boys to her a couple times. Seemed fair at first visit. Very thorough etc. Like a professional educated pediatrician should be. Then things changed. Second visit was vaccines. Nurse injected into 1 yr Olds leg. Went sideways with needle as she just JABBED it in. Then instead of getting a new one she reinjected in skin again leaving infection 2 days later. LaToya is one of the absolute worst healthcare professionals I have ever encountered. She dropped the ball on giving my husband accurate, clear information, and then spent a lot of unnecessary time making excuses and using condescension tactics to cover up her failure and make us appear responsible (verbally and through office documentation) — for something that was a non-issue until she made it an issue.
