i never experienced any of what the other reviews are saying, not to say their experience isnt valid but i personally love her & always recommend her to ppl that i know, she’s nice she listens she helps, i’ve been through probably almost 10 psychiatrists, they all diagnose me with a bunch of serious disorders right away without even getting to know me & then load me up on 5 different pills that make me sleep & eat all day & bloat me like a balloon, she puts me on only the amount necessary, listens to my concerns, & she help ... read more
My appointment for my brother was cancelled 1 hour prior to the appointment and my mom's appointment was not cancelled at all. When we showed up via online we were told the provider cancelled. This is not professional.
I’ve talked to and seen many Doctors, Psychologists, Practitioners, etc. Latoya Jackson has to be one of the most money motivated, uncaring, and unhelpful person I’ve encountered in the medical field. It honestly baffles me she chose this profession. Good luck
Like others have noted, Dr Jackson and her staff’s handling of my care has left much to be desired. I went into treatment for 2months and my then providers faxed her my docs multiple times in preparation for me leaving and returning to her care. She and her staff never confirmed they got the faxes- they were silent. They never returned my calls. Never returned msgs. I scheduled an appointment for the first time and it was cancelled without notification as to why for 2/29 at 115PM. I rescheduled my appointment for 2/29 at 1215PM. I called the front desk. The lady is very rude and unprofessional- she hung up on me twice. It was not explained to me how to connect to the telehealth appointment to start my appointment.
