Through LaTour, we placed our week/points into the Pueblo Bonito owners rental program in 2016 ... followed all LaTour's rules and were accepted. It is April of 2017 and still no payout. One excuse after another ... latest is "the check is being processed" emailed to us weeks ago after numerous calls and emails asking for an update. Looks like a call to the Attorney General's office is next.

I tried to get a hold of them repeatedly, even spending over 2 hours on hold, still can't contact anyone. I'm pretty sure someone picked up and then put me back on hold... Or maybe the hold music is only an hour long? Terrible customer service.

This management company just took over our property in Canada. Absolutely horrible management. no communication. All they care about is collecting money and Zero Customer Service in return. We have had this timeshare for 22 years. There was a billing error-I knew nothing about it (zero communication). I paid in full and said we would figure out error when we got back. Collected the money then told me they rented my condo. Put us in a rancid place from 1960s about 20 minutes away from our condo and The Village. This seems ill... read more
