This company has taken over my timeshare in Myrtle beach SC. Absolutely horrible experience this year after 30+ years of ownership of the same unit. The unit was absolutely dirty and nasty. Only one persons on staff to come re clean which was not her fault.
I do not feel safe at the resort in St Maarten. money was stolen from a client's room that's what you're telling me the hotel manager does not show a sense of urgency. he would not offer the person any compensation
the worst management company Ive ever dealt with. Ive been an owner for over 20 yrs first time i couldn[t get a week. why. told me i could book on line but can;t find the website he told me to go to can;t call back because i dont have 45 mins to wait they say we will call you back so you don;t have to wait. did that and the person said they couldn't hear me and to call back.
Absolutely horrible experience. They manage my timeshare now, get the maintenance cost, not allowing to book the facility. Saying some stupid reason. Absolute blood suckers. The same property is taking booking directly, but these guys are telling some stories whenever i call them.
RecommendedIt's nice to know that a company will admit they made an error and fix it. Although the resolve didn't come without my persistence, it did come. Thanks very much to Barbara for making it right.

Awful! Unavailable to make a reservation for the rest of the year because the previous company overbooked...they have dates “available” but not taking any reservations for now and want to blame it on the costumers for not booking a year and a half ahead...really? Don’t want to asume any responsibility! If there are dates available means that is not the costumers fault, it’s the company’s. If I don’t get a reservation this year, I’ll have to wait til 2020, and keep paying maintenance and other fees for a room I’m unable to us... read more
Absolutely the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. Billed me at 2800 dollars and wouldn’t rectify it and then they cancelled my week due to non payment. I will be suing this shithole company if they don’t fix this. The owner will then pay attention to customers.
