Rude, sarcastic and not very helpful. The guy who actually fits you for the glasses is great. It's the rest of staff and office I have a problem with. Been going there for 20 years, spent thousands of dollars. I recently needed a n emergency exam for my drivers license and was told i would have to wait 3 weeks NO EXCEPTIONS . I found another eye doctor that could have all my needs met in one day. Only 25 minutes away. Friendlier staff, better pricing and great parking.
