I'd give Charbel 2/5. He was easy to get a hold of and answered all my questions in the beginning. As my case went on and after I paid him, I could rarely get to speak to him. I might get a return phone call while he was activity eating lunch though. Had to hire a different attorney after 2 years or more who got my case straightened out in a matter of months.
