$180 callout with tax, $200 to reset a high limit switch was excessive for a weekday afternoon. It's like 6 months later, and I'm still miffed. Hence dropping my rating from 4 to 3 stars. I'm sure the work you do is fine and you advertise to beat costs on furnace replacements but at that initial price point you will not be considered for future jobs.
Our furnace went out one the first day of a cold weather snap. Danny was my husbands first call, and I, thinking I could do better, called around. After a sales pitch that left my head spinning from a large competitor/corporation (Reliance) we circled straight back to Lato….
