I rarely leave reviews on Google unless the experience is extremely bad or extremely good. Fortunately, Lato Mechanical falls into the latter, and I feel lucky to have found them. Danny, the owner of the company, came to inspect my furnace after another technician told me that my heat exchanger was rusted and cracked and needed replacement. Danny always goes above and beyond for us. He is kind and truly doesn’t want us to spend money if it’s not needed. I love his honesty and that he doesn’t pressure us to buy things we don’t need. He also gives us tips which helps a lot too so we don’t have to call him every time a pilot light goes out. Even stuff like furnace filters, he has saved us so much money over the years. We have used Lato Mechanical for over 10 years for our plumbing and heating needs. Danny is one of those contractors you put in your contacts list as he is extremely reliable, trustable, and usually able to do the troubleshooting and repair all at once. He does very clean work and I have found him to be fair price for the work completed. I would highly recommend Lato Mechanical for all your plumbing and heating requirements.
We decided to replace our furnace after barely making it through last winter with a failing heat exchanger. We initially called Danny as he has done work for us in the past and he even recommended getting additional quotes (didn’t appreciate the high pressure sales from the larger companies). He was still outcompeting the others not only on price but quality of work and care. Will be calling you again! Thanks!
Danny replaced my furnace this summer in a timely manner. I was grateful as it was the hottest part of the summer and getting the A/C back on was a priority. His price was more reasonable than the bigger companies. I prefer to support small businesses. He was readily available to answer my questions. I would recommend Lato Mechanical!
