Sept 2026: My wife and I felt like having an old fashioned and immediately thought of this spot. They honestly make one of the best old fashion drink I've had the smoked touch and quality whiskey are just right. Our bartender, Manish, was very friendly and helpful, and he gave us several great suggestions for what to eat with our drinks. bartender was not welcoming. no one was at the bar and didn’t even greet us when we sat down. waiting several minutes before even speaking.
The manager was fast to call a 10 foot security on a 5 foot girl I was asking a genuine question maybe it was discrimination or maybe it was because he got intimidated by my man but manager and security need to calm down. I apologize you took my question as intimidating. Go learn some hospitality skills then come back to San Diego. Beautiful view. Bar is always hard to get to.
