What an incredible team. A few weeks ago I reached out to see if they were able to customise a ring to suit what I was looking for and they immediately gave me a yes. They called/messaged me throughout the entire process to keep me updated and ensure I was happy with the particular colours of the pearl and gems. Id never ordered anything custom prior to this but these ladies made it so easy and I couldn’t be more happy with the end product ! Definitely will be ordering my pieces from latitude in the future !

I don't do a lot of reviews. Mostly because I don't tend to get great service these days. Latitude is different. Sara is awesome to deal with and she made everything easy. The pendant I bought this time, just like the earrings I bought a few years ago, is just brilliant. If you're buying jewellery anywhere else you're not getting the best. It's that simple.
