Been going here for a bit but hadn't left a review. My go to people here are Rebecca ( chiropractor) and Ashwariya ( physio). I've tried massage here but at the present moment I haven't found my person for that. However, REBECCA & ASH are TOP TIER !! They're kind, they listen with intention , they're extremely knowledgeable and professional! They use what they need to , in order for you to feel better. I've tried other physio places and latitude has been the best I've ever been to. I had an appointment with Marianne today to figure out some shoulder pain I've been having and she did the most in depth testing to figure out what the problem was. She did so much in the hour session to help release my shoulder and then sent me home with exercises that are actually helpful and challenging instead of just things I do on a daily basis.
