Our new flooring is beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased. Darlene is terrific to work with -- knowledgeable, responsive and a real perfectionist. Even with hiccups that were out of her control (supply chain issues, grrrrr) Darlene bent over backwards to get our materials and make it right. The installers were professional and courteous, with great attention to detail. And the results are gorgeous. HIGHLY recommend!
All I can say is WOW! We absolutely LOVE our floors! The first thing everyone says when they walk in is, " Who did your floors? They are gorgeous!". We had no idea what we wanted and Darlene guided us through the whole process! She came up with some very intricate details in our foyer and bar area. After moving into our house and making our final payment, Latitude flooring has become a ghost. Unfinished work. Going on 6 months now. Twice I’ve given them samples to match for trim out. Twice they’ve brought the wrong material. And after listen to them constantly saying “not to tape paper to the floor because the tape can harm the finish, they taped paper to the inside finish of my elevator and ruined it.
