They got roaches everywhere even in the building hallways and do inspections multiple times a year where they just walk into apartments at random times of the day would give 0 stars if I could
This is basically a scam apartment, they charge you twice a month for trash services, they force you to pay 79 dollars to use their internet, which you will have to buy a router for to use it wirelessly, the pool is closed for some reason every other week. They have cameras on sight but the property managers don't enforce anything, bad ass kids are running around rampant, people smoking weed in the common hallways, loud music all night, even tho they charge so much for trash, they still let it pile up at the dumpster. Idk who quit but it’s starting to be crap again. Someone put that I moved out. Neighbors are loud every night and smoke inside. Another neighbor is clearly dealing dopee. Dog park is never clean or cut and piles up bags. Pool is ALWAYS closed. But damn if we leave a trash can out a little late.
It’s over run with disrespectful tenants, they’re having pool parties with loud music until whatever time they decide, kids left unattended roaming the complex, serious maintenance issues, ghetto.
We lived here for several years before moving out. When you read the reviews about bugs take it seriously. We dealt with an infestation that traveled down from our upstairs neighbors. We consistently battled with them with me or my fiancé constantly putting in pest request. The problem never fixed and they told us we could break our lease if we put in a 60 day notice.
