Tenants above us are very disrespectfully loud they sound like they're either throwing,pushing, dragging stuff around all the time running or walking like a heard of elephants I get up for work at 2am and work 12 hour days only to come home to this

I had a leak in my laundry room for a month. I had no light in my laundry room for 2 months.. I have Mold growing in my garage now going on 3 weeks due to a leak on the upper floor. My garage door came off of its tracks. I called the emergency hot line 4 times tonight starting at 5:30. It is now 8:14 with no response. As a tenant, I will see if I can bypass the power door. Tatiana was amazing from the beginning she was welcoming and amazing, she made sure we were updated each step of the way and on move in day it was simple and easy to finish the process
