I cannot recommend this brokerage highly enough. Tonja and Claire truly went above and beyond to help us sell our home. Juneau is a bit of a tough market, and it helps to have folks in your corner who really know the ins-and-outs of the real estate market in this small corner of the world. I only worked with them on the sale of our home, but the care and attention Tonja and Claire have shown gives me zero hesitation in recommending them as buyers agents as well!
I've bought and sold multiple homes in multiple states, but Tonja is probably the best realtor that I've worked with. She doesn't push, but tries to get you all of the information she can about prospective homes. She has extensive knowledge of the Juneau markets and ideas for how to make a deal or offer a little bit better or easier for her client. Claire also helped to smooth all of the processes, and I can't recommended this team enough!
If you retain Corry of Lattitude 58 as a landlord within the property management division; Then you are making a big mistake. Trust this review. DO NOT get into a contract with this person or you will be sorry.
We went through Sunshine at Latitude 58 when we bought our condo five years ago, and then again to sell it in July. We chose to go through Sunshine for the selling process because we had such a positive experience working with her and her team when we bought our condo, and Sunshine and Claire met and exceeded our expectations regarding selling. They kept us constantly informed about what was happening and were very knowledgeable when questions came up. We highly recommend Latitude 58, Sunshine, and Claire!
Very lovely place to live! AEL&P cost 150 bucks a month hopefully less in the summer.
