I was a little nervous moving in after reading the reviews but we couldn’t be happier. Been here a year and due to current housing market will probably be here longer than planned. We are in a middle unit and rarely hear noise from neighbors. Plenty of space and a great storage room. Have put 2 maintenance requests through and both were taken care of within 24 hours. Cassie is easy to work with. Happy we chose Latitude 44!
