I was a little nervous moving in after reading the reviews but we couldn’t be happier. Been here a year and due to current housing market will probably be here longer than planned. We are in a middle unit and rarely hear noise from neighbors. Plenty of space and a great storage room. Have put 2 maintenance requests through and both were taken care of within 24 hours. Cassie is easy to work with. Happy we chose Latitude 44!

A lot of these reviews are old or not very details so let me take a moment to fill you on this little gem. So we are 2 adults in our early 30s with 2 kids and 2 cats. So these are 2-3 bedrooms in a townhouse with a garage. They come with a washer/dryer, have a nice pool in the center of the complex with a little playground too. It has a nice little concrete slab we put a little outdoor table set on and it’s nice to just sit out and enjoy the weather and have the kids playing in the playground.
