Really gorgeous apartments! They're spacious, modern, and well-maintained. Never had any noise complaints with neighbors. Love the closet and storage space. Whenever I've placed a maintenance request, they are speedy and complete the request within a day. Tami, the property manager, is also very lovely and sends prompt communication when there are any updates about the property. Highly recommend living here, you won't regret it!
Lived here for 3 years and had a wonderful experience. Cozy, quiet neighborhood and polite neighbors. Property managers were quick to respond and any issues I had were resolved within a day, max. Super helpful staff. Clean and well-maintained grounds & facilities. Can't recommend Lat43 enough!
Safe and very quiet. New property manager is really wonderful and quickly notifies residents regarding any issues that come up. EDIT: I've since moved out and my appreciation for this place has only grown. I was returned my deposit and half a month of prorated rent. In addition, when I showed that my return had been miscalculated, they quickly sent another check to fix this mistake.
